This is an exquisitely decorated timepiece, great proportions and absolutely stunning. Decorated all over with foliage and finials, the rectangular clock case is surmounted by a porcelain bun/urn on a caddy top base, over a circular clock face with Roman numerals, the sides mounted with gilt rams heads, raised on a decorative base with shaped apron with central gilt mask/face motif, on short shaped legs. The movement is French with no obvious signatures - please see images, comes in fully working order with two winders - serviced by a member of The British Watch & Clock Makers Guild.
